FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers of Holland specializes in Balance, Vertigo, TMJ, and Orthopedic Therapy. With three different offices in Michigan, they wanted to update their services brochures and highlight their unique advantage in the physical therapy space – the Bertec machine.
In collaboration with fellow designer, Simon, we delivered a speedy turn-around on this print marketing kit for Fyzical’s sales reps. This collection equips physicians with print material they need, in an effort to make patient referrals easier to provide.
Accordian Brochure
Breaking away from the standard tri-fold, a tabbed accordian-style brochure design introduces patients to Fyzical, their services, process, FAQ’s and locations.
Physician Referral Rack Cards
They wanted to increase their physician referrals by providing their offices with brief and impactful reading material. If a patient suffers from dizziness, the physician appreciates providing a rack card to their patient along with their referral. It’s much easier than committing their services, doctors and contact information to memory based on a single interaction with the rep.
Dizziness Rack Card
Treating Vertigo is Fyzical’s specialty. This rack card equips local physicians with the fast facts for their patients suffering from dizziness. The rack card introduces the doctor who would treat their vertigo, how their Bertec machine sets them apart from other physical therapy centers, and what their PT program can do to resolve their dizziness.
Pelvic Floor Therapy Rack Card
This physician referral rack card is given to patients in need of pelvic floor therapy. The card introduces their doctor, what pelvic floor problems they can treat, and what holistic treatment plans they can provide.
Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Rack Card
Fyzical’s Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Rack card introduces the doctor of physical therapy they would see, reviews frequent causes of the syndrome, and introduces the benefits of therapy to prevent, or follow, surgery.
Referral Sheet Memo Pads
A tear-away referral sheet helps both physicians and patients remember the details of their referral to Fyzical.
Services Icons
To build and enhance the brand messaging, icons were designed for each physical therapy service they provide. These icons are used in all print and web marketing to give a memorable brand mark to each service.
Literature Folders
A small literature folder with referral instructions on the back flap conveniently carries the patient’s informational rack card(s), and referral sheet on their way out of the office.
